Are you feeling up to it? The Global Challenge is coming…

It’s time to get that mouse clicking and those fingers typing at a ferocious speed if you want to be top of the Vocab Express Global Challenge taking place from 6 to 12 March!

We know you’ve all been working hard with students to help them learn new lingo and brush up on those language skills, so now’s the chance for them to demonstrate what they know and help create a languages buzz in your school.

With the State of the Nation report from the British Academy showing that UK businesses are crying out for employees at all levels who have language skills, the Global Challenge is the perfect way to get them motivated.

Watch as your students go up against their peers from both the UK and around the world as they vie for top position on the real-time leaderboards that track the action as it happens. For the lucky winners, certificates for both students and schools are up for grabs.

This year’s challenge, free and exclusive to Vocab Express subscribers, will put students to the test in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, Urdu, Arabic, Hebrew and Latin competitions. For the first time, we are also excited to announce a Polish competition!

To enrol, please ask your Vocab Express school administrator to log in and navigate to the Admin page where they will find an option to enrol for the challenge under the Summary tab.

Don’t worry about missing out though if you don’t yet subscribe; if you would like to trial Vocab Express during March and participate in the challenge at the same time, please register for Guest Access at, where you will then be able to request the student trial.

You can find out more and register at Good luck everyone!
